Since my mom’s passing several years ago, I’ve thought about her as a person instead of “just Mom.” She had hopes, dreams, fears, talents, disappointments, and everything else that people have. Yet I had taken her for granted and didn’t realize at the time that she had traits that made her a unique person.
I wince when people tell me, “I’m just a janitor” or “I’m just a file clerk.” They’re wrong! They are more than their job title. (Likewise, unemployed people are more than their employment status.) They are people who have their occupation AND a whole life they’re living.
You are uniquely you, and the only person that can fill that role. Please don’t dismiss yourself as “just” someone existing and taking up space on the planet. You are much, much more than that. If you ever have doubts about your value, keep on following Sunshine Factor – I will be sure to remind you.

Great post and wonderful encouragement for the day…thank you for this! Have a good day and weekend
