Hi folks!

I just got back from the florist’s.

It is almost 4:30 here, and the sun is beginning to lower in the sky.

While paying for my purchase,

I waved to the owner coming out of the back room.

She was blinded by the lowering sun

and said, “Hi, whoever you are,

I can’t see who it is, but you look like an angel!”

I loved that compliment!

I do feel like an angel,

flitting about and not getting anxious at all about my wedding tomorrow.

But I would be an angel with rosacea that comes back

pronouncedly every once in awhile.

Though I have not had orange juice lately,

my cheeks are right now a bright red.

Maybe it is from the low temp (19) and the glare from all the white snow!

Our wedding rehearsal is tonight,

so maybe my face will have turned to just light pink by then. 🙂

Why am I bothering to write a post to you right now, today?

Because I like to be in communication with you —

that’s what families are for. 🙂

P.S. I’ve got a couple posts lined up for tomorrow that I think you’ll like.
