Wednesday morning I woke up to a new art display outside from Jack Frost.  It seems he lost his way and got back to the Twin Cities of Minnesota.  The trees were just lovely, and now there were no green spots left on the lawns.  But this was April 24th!  Someone said that’s how the winters here used to be, back around 10 years ago.  Well, I have lived here since 1984 and I kid you not, there has never been snow in April!

What’s really amazing is today it got up to 70 degrees, and there is still some snow left on the ground, although it is very dirty by now.  Anyways, it just shows you can’t always trust what the seasons “should” do .   🙂

I am an optimistic, positive person who is a seven year cancer survivor. Since that time I have learned that getting a cancer diagnosis does not always mean an automatic death sentence. I like to share my hope with others and continue to encourage them - no matter who they are or what they need encouragement for. I write poems, prayers, articles, and stories. Recently the premiere issue of my online magazine, http://www.innersunshine.net launched. Thank you for visiting!
